  1. 2023-06 Arrested and indicted on two counts of dealing with suspect property over about 700 iron sheets meant for Karamoja communities; committed to the High Court for trial.
  2. 2024-05-30 US State Department designated him under Section 7031(c) for alleged significant corruption.
  3. 2025-11-11 DPP filed a nolle prosequi at the defence stage; Justice Jane Kajuga terminated the proceedings and discharged him.
